Use the buttons in the card below to explore each tab in the Employee Profile and see how super easy it is to set up your employees correctly.
But first things first. Let's get you to the right place in our system:
Locating the Employee Profile:
From the Dashboard, go to 'Employees' and select 'Add New Employee' from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the Employee Profile section, from where you can add and update your employees.
There are some useful things to note about the Employee Profile section:
- You can add a new employee form within this Employee Profile section by clicking the middle button.
- Access all your employee profiles by clicking this first button, or by selecting the 'Employee List' in the dropdown menu above.
- The Employee ID will be generated after the Employee Profile tab is completed and SAVED. When first adding a new employee, this field will be blank.
You can navigate away from editing employees at any time by clicking on any of the top-bar menus.
Remember to click 'Save' or 'Save + Next' at the bottom of tabs to avoid losing information just entered.
Completing the Employee Profile:
Now that you are in the right place, let's get to adding that new employee.
Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). The tab will not save if these fields are left blank.

Now that you've set up this employee, you might also want to check the following things:
- When will this employee be paid? Follow this link to set up your Pay Day Settings in our system
Remember: Pay days can be updated in each pay run if needed, but it is recommended to set a default pay day in the system.
Well done! You have now come to the end of the employee profile set up. You are now ready to include this employee in a pay.
To navigate away from this screen, click on any of the top-bar menus.
