The main contact for this account is changing. How do I update this contact information?

Update your contact details as and when they change so that we can reach you quickly if there's an issue with your account.

Things change and payroll admins move on. Luckily updating the main contact for this payroll account is simple and easy. Here's what to do:

From the dashboard, go to Settings and select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu. Now you can update the main payroll contact for this account.

  1. Update the main person responsible for this account's name and surname here.
    1. This is the person we will contact if action is needed on this account.
  2. Update the main email address for this payroll account here.
    1. This email address will receive pay summaries and copies of payslips for each pay run. 
    2. This is also where we will send emails if action is required on this account or if a pay needs to be updated.
  3.  Update the main contact number for enquiries about this account here.
    1. The phone number supplied here must belong to a person who has the authority to act on this account.

For the checklist:

If your main payroll admin is leaving, please remember the following:

  • If they are the registered user for Direct Debiting on your account (the one who set this up), they need to contact the Customer Support Team to assign this ability over to another user before they are removed from your system.
    • The registered user is the only user who has the ability to add other users to the Direct Debiting function.
  • Remember to removed their User Access to this payroll account on their last day.
