Return Log In To The Payroll Portal

Secure links have a limited usable window. After that has closed, the link becomes inactive and won't grant you access to the Portal. This article shows you how to log back in when you've logged out of the Payroll Portal.

You received your secure link weeks ago and logged out of the Portal after submitting a timesheet. Now you need back in. What now? That secure link has expired and won't work. 

Luckily for you, getting back into the Payroll Portal is super easy. All you need to do is generate a new secure link - and the best news is, you can do this yourself! No need to bother your boss or payroll admin.

Let's take a look:

Step 1: Website

Go to the Thankyou Payroll website and click on the 'Login' button.

Step 2:

PortalLoginWebsite

Click on 'Log in to Payroll Portal' (number 2 in the image)

*Note that these third-party logins (number 1 in the image) will take you to Thankyou Payroll only if you are an admin user with these activated. You can access the Portal from within a pays dashboard within Thankyou Payroll as well.

*If you are an employee, the third-part logins (1) will not work for you and will ask you to create an account. Don't create an account. Just press the 'Log in to Payroll Portal' button.

Step 3: PortalLoginLinkRequest

Generate your secure link:

1. enter the email address you use for your payslips (the email address the original secure link was sent to),

2. press the 'Send Secure Link' button.


That is it! Easy as pie. You have now sent yourself a new secure link.
Check your email and click the link as before. You're in!
