Can I make additional payments to an employee after their Final Pay?

There are times when you have to make an additional payment after the employee's final pay has been processed. We are here to help.

If you owe a previous employee a payment, such as a commission or correction we may be able reinstate their employee profile.

If you paid Annual leave or Accumulated  Holiday pay in the last pay, we recommend you create a new profile for the employee and do a one off pay.

Info - Blue Block (1)You will need a New Tax Code Declaration (IR330) from your previous employee for this payment, whether their profile has been reinstated or not.
