Employee Payslips

Employees are emailed a personal payslip every time their pay is processed with Thankyou Payroll.

Below is an example of what an employee payslip looks like.

 

Timesheet Summary

On the left hand side of the payslip, employees can find a summary of their hours by pay type for the pay period worked. This information may include: Hours worked (Standard pay), Public Holidays Worked, Public Holidays Off, Alternate leave, Annual leave, Sick leave, Allowances etc.

 

Pay Summary

On the right hand side of the payslip, employees can find a breakdown of their pay; including their gross pay (earnings before deductions), their net pay (earnings after deductions), and PAYE deductions. 

Employees may also find information related to other deductions such as Kiwisaver payments, child support payments, or fines - depending on their employment contract and situation.

Below the pay summary is a detailed summary of the employee’s leave balances.

 

Please note: the information displayed on the employee payslips will be different for every employee - depending on their employment contract. Employees must contact their respective employers for any queries relating to their pay information as this is set up by their employer.
