The personal payslip emailed to employees every time their pay is processed with Thankyou Payroll can be personalised. This article explains the different areas in this payslip and how to include or exclude them.
Updated: June 2024
Unless stated in the employment agreement, providing payslips is not legally required in New Zealand. However, payslips are a valuable tool in payroll record keeping and for strengthening the Good Faith relationship so we recommend generating them for your employees.
Employees are emailed a personal payslip every time their pay is processed with Thankyou Payroll, however, the information displayed on these payslips is based on the Employee Settings and what has been selected in the Employee Profile. Employees must contact their employers with enquiries about their pay information displayed on a payslip.
